RallyBook

The organizer pays. The riders don't.

Buy a plan for the event you're running, upload your roadbooks, and hand your participants a password. They download RallyBook, join, and navigate. No subscription for them, no purchase, nothing to explain at the briefing.

Prices in EUR. A Ride-out is one day; Training and Event are per event day; Professional is priced for your event. Rider counts are the riders who can hold access to that event's roadbooks.

Per day, paid once

Training and Event cost their price for every day of the event window, paid once at checkout. Move the dates freely; add days when you need them.

The field picks the tier

Ten riders is a Ride-out, thirty a Training, a hundred an Event. Riders are the people who can hold your roadbooks, on up to two devices each.

Riders never pay

Downloading RallyBook and opening what you send is free for a participant, on every plan. Your plan covers them.

For creators

The Marketplace is coming soon. When it opens, uploading and listing a roadbook will cost nothing: you set the rental price in Credits, riders preview for free and rent for one riding session, and you keep the majority of every rental after store fees.

For riders

If an organizer sent you a roadbook, everything below on the left is yours and you can stop reading. Pro is for riding on your own.

Free

€0

Riding for an organizer, and the public catalog.

  • Join an event with a password or an invite, and ride all of it
  • Waypoint validation, odometer, stage chrono, speed zones
  • Trace map, FIA waypoint radii and display settings, while you hold a live event roadbook
  • Browse and ride anything in the public catalog
  • Works offline once a roadbook is downloaded
  • Your library follows your account

RallyBook Pro

in the app

Training on your own roadbooks, with no organizer behind you.

€79.99

per year

  • Import and open your own GPX, CAP and PDF roadbooks
  • 60 Credits a year: three Analysis Reports, or put toward a Marketplace rental
  • Trace map, FIA waypoint radii and display settings when you ride on your own
  • Works on up to 3 devices, across iPhone, iPad and Android
  • One subscription, both platforms. Cancel any time

Bought in the app through the App Store or Google Play, in your own currency. Renews every year until you cancel. Cancel any time from your App Store or Google Play account. Not needed to ride an event someone invited you to.

Credits

Credits are RallyBook's currency, worth roughly one euro each, coming soon. They will be bought in the app through the App Store or Google Play, in one wallet: what you spend them on is up to you.

Analysis Report

20 Creditscoming soon

The debrief for one stage: the trace you actually rode, where the navigation went wrong, time lost and time gained, waypoint by waypoint, and a PDF to keep.

The Credits go the first time you open a stage's report and never again for that stage, so reopening it, exporting it and sharing it are free. A year of Pro includes 60 Credits, which is three reports.

What a report tells you

Marketplace rentals

coming

The same Credits will pay for renting a roadbook from the Marketplace: one riding session, up to 48 hours from the moment you start riding. You are renting it, not buying it, and the creator sets the price.

The Marketplace is not open yet. Every listing will carry a free preview of the real document, so you can judge a roadbook before spending anything. Rating one you rented will always be free, and only riders who actually rode it can leave a review.

FAQ

Do my riders pay anything?
No. Opening the roadbooks you deliver and navigating your event costs a participant nothing, on any plan. Your plan covers them.
Is an organizer plan a subscription?
No. A plan is bought once, for one event. If you run two camps a year you buy two plans, and you pay nothing in between. The only thing that renews anywhere in RallyBook is a rider's own Pro subscription, and that is theirs, not yours.
Then what is RallyBook Pro?
It's for the rider with no organizer: someone training alone on roadbooks they made themselves. It opens your own files and the cockpit tools when there is no event behind you, and it carries 60 Credits a year, which is three Analysis Reports. €79.99 a year, cancellable any time. Nobody needs it to ride your event.
What is a Credit?
RallyBook's currency, worth roughly one euro. One wallet and one balance, bought in the app and never on this website, spent on Analysis Reports and Marketplace rentals once they open. Leaving a review on a roadbook you rented is free and always will be.
Is an Analysis Report the same as a review?
No, and they are easy to confuse. An Analysis Report is the paid read of your own run on a stage, 20 Credits, private to you. A review is the free public star rating a rider leaves on a Marketplace roadbook they rented and verifiably rode. Nobody pays to leave one.
My rider already bought Pro. Does it work everywhere?
Yes. Pro follows their RallyBook account rather than the store they bought it in, so a subscription started on an iPhone works on an Android tablet, on up to three devices at a time. They can move it to a different device from Settings whenever they like.
What happens if my dates change?
Move them. A paid plan covers a number of days; as long as the days your riders have actually used plus the days of the new window fit in it, the change is free. Need more days? Pay for exactly those from the event page.
What if I go over my participant count?
Write to us and we'll move you up. We'd rather sort it out than have riders locked out at a start line.
I'm running a big rally. Can you help us onboard?
Yes. Write to hello@rallybook.app with your dates and field size and we'll set you up personally.
